ell, although I do eat a lot of  bread, I think it’s safe to say I have never had Manna bread before- neither was I really sure what it was! Manna Organicssent me some of their Manna breads to try, including the Cinnamon Date and Carrot Raisin. According to the website, Manna bread “is a cake-like, sprouted bread, yeast free bread, organic bread, free of salt, no oils, no sweeteners, no leavening agents. Manna is a moist and delicious, high in protein and fiber.”
